Set Up Administrator Access
Enter the intended new administrator’s institutional ID, full name, and email. AMP emails one confirmation link and does not display or copy it.
Start Assisted Account Recovery
After verifying the administrator’s identity outside AMP, send a 30-minute recovery link to a replacement email address.
Revoke Administrator Access
This immediately signs the administrator out, cancels any pending link, and does not change instructors, learners, courses, or academic work.
